Club TournamentsThere are several club tournaments organised by UWHNZ throughout the course of the year that offer a range of grades to play in. The two primary tournaments for WUHA Clubs to attend are North Island Club Championships, and National Club Championships.
North Islands is traditionally held over Queens Birthday Weekend at the start of June. Club Nationals is traditionally held at the start of October. |

North Island Championships
2024: Crox took out Bronze in both the A and B Grades.
2023: This year saw Crox (Gustave) win the A Grade (no Prem) at Norths. With a tight finish to Phoenix coming second, and Crox (Lolong) coming third. There were also several other notable performances from Wellington Clubs at this tournament in other grades.
2022: This year saw Phoenix win the Premier Grade at Norths. There were also several other notable performances from Wellington Clubs at this tournament in other grades.
2021: This year saw three teams entered into the Premier Grade with Nova claiming victory, Phoenix claiming second, and Crocodylus finishing in third. There were also several other notable performances from Wellington Clubs at this tournament.
2020: Cancelled due to Covid
National Club Championships
2024: Crox claimed 1st Place in the Premier Grade, the only Wellington team to compete in the Prem grade. In the A grade KOM came 1st and Crox 3rd. In the B Grade Phoenix won 3rd place against KOM. While in KOM won 3rd against Phoenix in the C Grade. Shout out to KOM with a record 7 teams attending the tournament!
2023: Crocodylus claimed 1st Place in the Premier Grade, with Phoenix coming in 6th, and the second Crox Team coming 7th. While KOM came 3rd in the A and B grade, and Crox getting gold in the C grade. A succesful haul across Wellington clubs!
2022: Crocodylus claimed 1st Place in the Premier Grade, with Phoenix coming in 3rd. While KOM came 1st in the A-grade, and Crox getting bronze. There were also several other notable performances from Wellington Clubs at this tournament in other grades.
